The NCFE CACHE Level 4 Certificate for the Advanced Practitioner in Schools and Colleges is the perfect course for existing Level 3 Teaching Assistants to progress in their career. This course requires learners to be working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. We recommend 100 hours of school placement or between 3-6 hours per week.

Course Entry Requirements – school placement required
To enrol on this NCFE CACHE Level 4 Advanced Practitioner course, you need to be already working or volunteering in a school at Level 3 to enrol on this Level 4 course.
NCFE CACHE recommends 100 hours of practical experience in the school classroom for between 3 – 6 hours per week. This observation can be completed by a qualified teacher, assessor, or a higher management level.
