De Montfort College believes it is important to protect your Personal Data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) and we are committed to giving you a personalised service that meets your needs in a way that also protects your privacy. We have strict security measures to protect Personal Data.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

We will retain your personal information for the duration that you or the business you are engaged by, to whom we provide or obtain products or services, works with De Montfort College Ltd and for a further 84 months. This is to ensure any queries relating to Accounts records, which are held for 84 months, can be dealt with.
