This CACHE Teaching Assistant course is listed on the RQF Framework and regulated by OFQUAL. Rest assured this qualification is perfect for anyone who wishes to work in all primary and secondary schools in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. You will need to be either volunteering or working in a school for this course and you can enrol at any-time of the year.

This course has a mix of practical assessments completed in the classroom as well as regular written assignments. A voluntary or paid work placement of up to 50 hours is required to complete this course so students must be employed in a school or arrange and complete a work experience placement. We recommend you are in the school for between 3-6 hours per week. CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools – 32 Credits
These are the 11 Mandatory Units for the 32 credit work-placement course
We take enrolments all year round and once you’re enrolled you will quickly be able to start your course. With home study you can make your studies fit around you and your schedule. You will have full 1-1 access to your own expert personal tutor (by telephone and email) who will guide you through the course to help you prepare for your assignments. You will be provided with printed course materials along with full feedback on your course progress. Our passion will enable you to interact with your tutor as you complete each unit. Full tutor support is offered throughout the course to ensure you pass as easily as possible.
The total Guided Learning Hours for this Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools is 180 hours and you get a full 12 months to complete your course. This course is completed via home study and you work entirely at your own pace – this means you can complete your course sooner if you wish to put in the extra study time! We can also organise an extension to your course for a small fee which also extends your tutor support.

This course requires a 50-hour work placement in a school. and we recommend that your placement provides between 3-6 hours in the classroom per week.
